Following several large-scale office and healthcare restroom renovations where earlier touchless faucets repeatedly developed unreliable infrared response, premature solenoid wear, and finish deterioration under aggressive cleaning schedules, we upgraded multiple facilities to the Touchless Faucet between 2023 and 2025.The operational improvement was immediately noticeable. The built-in Infrared AI Smart-Chip maintained highly accurate hand detection with very few false activations, while the adjustable 30-second auto shutoff consistently regulated water flow during continuous high-traffic usage. The solid brass vandal-resistant body, water-resistant solenoid enclosure, and AC/DC dual-power configuration also proved substantially more durable and service-friendly than many competing commercial sensor faucet systems we had previously maintained.From a long-term maintenance perspective, the faucet remained exceptionally dependable across multiple properties. Battery efficiency stayed strong, recalibration requirements were minimal, and the matte black finish resisted spotting, corrosion, and coating wear despite constant maintenance cycles. Compared to earlier commercial touchless fixtures installed in the same facilities, the BS15069MB significantly reduced service interruptions while improving overall restroom reliability and operational consistency.
